Guides, not rules.
The ranges below guide where we spend our time. They are not a commitment to lend; every loan is decided by Caldrion’s investment committee, on the merits of the collateral, the borrower and the structure. Brokers are protected on every transaction they introduce.
Caldrion is a single family office: it invests only its own capital, has no outside investors or clients, and does not offer securities.

A complete package.
Links, not files. A complete package gets the fastest answer.
- Link to an executive summary or deal memo
- Link to the schedule of collateral (real estate, receivables, inventory)
- Link to the borrower or sponsor bio and track record
- Link to the sources and uses of funds
03Outside our mandate
What we don’t do.
- Unsecured lending, and positions below senior secured, except selective mezzanine with strong control rights.
- Loans backed by collateral we cannot value or, if necessary, take control of and realize.
- Loans we would not hold on our own balance sheet: we do not originate to sell down or distribute.
- Borrowers and collateral outside the United States.
- Requests outside our published loan size, leverage and term criteria.
- Reaching for yield at the expense of collateral coverage.
